Brutal it certainly was says The Flying Scotsman Graeme Obree talking to Derek McIntyre for DCR97.4fm I really did need another gear to get up the stage three hill.

Graeme who twice broke the world hour record  and was the individual pursuit world champion taking the Gold medal twice chatted to Derek after the inaugural Ride and Run the latest in a series of events organised by Dunoons PA23 BID.

He said he really loved the concept the best part being you can take your time and talk to people it’s very sociable.

You can hear Derek talking to Graeme between 9.00am and 12.00pm Bank holiday morning and we have posted some photos from and around the Dunoon Gardens Bandstand.
