INNELLAN SWRI FASHION SHOW

Innellan SWRI held a fashion show in association with local Dunoon shop The Feminine Touch on Friday night. Dunoon Community Radio where there providing music, lighting, helping with the raffle and sampling the nibbles.

The hall was packed with the audience enjoying wine and nibbles which had been provided by the Innellan members while they where entertained by the models showing off the lovely collection of clothes. The theme of the evening was ‘Summertime’ and the boys from the Radio provided summer themed music to accompany the models as they strutted out on to the stage then down amongst the audience. The evenings event started to the sound of Cliff Richards Summer Holiday as a collection of casual summer wear was modelled. The audience where treated to a wide collection of fashion including the latest fashions in casual and smart day wear, designer cruising wear and for that really special occasion exclusive evening wear. All the fashions were modelled with beautiful handbags and jewellery accessories. Compere Doreen Holland kept the audience informed with her descriptions while her brother Angus was the handsome man escorting the ladies from the stage.

There were many complimentary comments from the audience and judging on the amount of the shops bags that left on the arms of the audience I would say it was a very successful evening
