SIMON OF THE COWAL AND SAMMY CELEBRATE FOUR YEARS AT DCR97.4FM

Simon Of The Cowal and Dj Sammy both celebrate four years of presenting programmes this week.

Simon of The Cowal has been presenting Simon Choice on a Tuesday evening since 2010 and can be heard at 7.00pm every Tuesday . Simon tries to play tunes and artist that have not been covered by other presenters and includes music from the musicals.

You may have seen Simon at one of our many outside activities sometimes accompanying the DCR97.4FM Mascot Executive Producer Hamish the DCR Bear.

DJ Sammy started off his first programme on DCR97.4FM sharing with the listeners his personal memories of the eighties and playing tunes you may have forgotten but will instantly remember again.

DJ Sammy can now be heard every Sunday evening with his Sam’s Pop Pourri .Included in Sammy’s  show will be his 2 from 1 (2 songs from one artist),the ODD ONE OUT,Listeners List (listeners favourite tunes) and a track from a new artist in the “Sam’s New Sound” slot !
The show includes the best tunes from the 80s and 90s and you may hear a song you haven’t heard in ages !!!
