Lochgoilhead to Ardgarten A day surrounded by big mountains and spectacular scenery. The Cobbler is a feature of the ascent, away to the left, and as we reach the summit of a high pass (500m) the views back include far away island hills. Ahead Ben Lomond makes an elegant cone.

Kilmun Heritage Walk Starting with an introduction to the Church and Mausoleum then along the road to Graham’s Point discussing points of interest on the way……………………………………………
Blairmore to the Coylet InnA steep climb through Blairmore Forest and on to the open hill following pylons and then descending down to Loch Eck and a well earned refreshment. Minibus back to Blairmore………………………………..
Creagan Mor Hill walk above Benmore Gardens to A’Cruach and beyond(557 m).

Nordic Walking 11 A taster session to introduce you to Nordic Walking and the correct handling of walking poles and exercises. This will be followed by a slightly more strenuous walk around Benmore Gardens to put your learning into practice…………………..

Glutten Free Bread and Baking at Ardkinglas Join Chef Alison Sykora for a gluten free bread making and baking workshop. Pick up hints and tips on how to improve your bread making and baking using gluten free flour. A simple soup and bread lunch is included in the course fee. Baking workshop and lunch £45.
