Dj ANDYMAC TAKES BREAK FROM FRIDAY SHOW

As Dj Andy Mac announced on his show tonight he is to take a wee break from hosting the Friday show “The Weekend Really Does Start Here “ to concentrate a bit more on his Media Studies.

Dj AndyMac who began the Friday show last October after being overheard saying that a Friday show was top of his 18 Birthday Wish List will of course continue with his Wednesday Programme which is One Year “on air” this month.

Dj AndyMac in a statement made earlier this evening stated “This is just a wee pause in my broadcasting career to allow more time for my media studies which are part and parcel of my broadcasting. Besides my Wednesday programme, just entering its second year, I am already underway in the planning of a new exciting programme with a view to be broadcast at the weekends –watch my Page for further announcements.”

Programme Controller Victor has said “we all here at Dunoon Community Radio respect Dj AndyMacs decision to step down from his Friday Programme but knowing DjAndyMac, his next project , will be bigger and better. For DjAndyMac this is him just developing and we will all support him 100 percent he is the Future of Dunoon Community Radio, He Is  The New Generation of Broadcasting “

NEW PRESENTERS   

The “Weekend Really Does Start Here” will from Friday 18th February be hosted by Trish who in keeping the same format will obviously put a woman’s view on things.

Joining  Trish this coming  week for their inaugural programmes are on :

Monday  Garry Marshalls with  THIS DAY THAT WAS

Tuesday Luke’s  ANYTHING GOES (if it’s good)

Wednesday  Andrew’s  THE NORTH FACE
