—It’s time again for DJ Davies favourite show of the year on his THE ESSENTIAL DANCE SESSION, it’s the ESSENTIAL EUROVISION SPECIAL. The Eurovision Song Contest 2016 is the 61st edition of the Eurovision Song Contest and taking place in the Ericsson Globe in Stockholm Sweden following Sweden’s victory at last years excellent Contest with the song “Heroes“, performed by Måns Zelmerlöw.
Will this years Eurovision Song Contest be as good as last years Contest, DJ Davie will be bringing you a show packed with “what’s hot” from this years’ contestants, playing the best tracks ahead of Saturdays’ final and seeing if we can guess this years’ winner for a third year on the run.
The contest will also be the first to implement a new voting system since 1975, with each country now awarding two sets of points: one from their professional jury and another from televoting.
