DUNOON COMMUNITY QUILTERS QUILT SHOW

It’s time again for another very popular Quilt Show to be held at the High Kirk Hall in Dunoon’s Hanover Street Saturday 16th May and Sunday 17th May.

The group has been running for 25 years (since 1984). Patchwork and quilting workshops are run once a month and held at Edward Street Community Centre with an open door policy –

An example of the stitching skills of Dunoon Ladies who contributed to the Great Tapestry Of Scotland by completing a 1 metre by 1 metre embroidered panel.

1 of over 160 embroidered  panels which make up the 140 metre long tapestry know as  The Great Tapestry of Scotland
