DUNOON COMMUNITY RADIO CELEBRATES 3rd BIRTHDAY FROM McINTYRE IN THE MORNING TO THE EVENING “BEAT MOVEMENT” BIRTHDAY GIG
Starting off the live Birthday Celebrations broadcast Derek McIntyre will kick off the daylong activities with the first Christmas Song to be played on DCR97.4FM for this Festive Season at 7.00am.
The McIntyre in the morning breakfast show will keep you up to date with the traffic, boats and trains and of course the weather forecast and keep you informed as to what is happening both sides of the Clyde.
This morning the first recipients of the DCR97.4FM Ambassador award will be announced, presented to Groups, businesses or individuals who have during the last year promoted DCR97.4FM and Cowal to our local residents as well as the many visitors welcomed to the area
Joining Derek will be Sarah and Victor who will be introducing other DCR97.4FM presenters calling in to the studio to say hello to listeners and some special guest including The Beat Movement band.

The Band will be visiting the studio in the afternoon and will of course be playing for us at the DCR97.4FM 3rd Birthday Gathering at MacClures Bar after 9.00pm Saturday night.
The Beat Movement who have featured several times on LUKES ANYTHING GOES, BUT ONLY IF HE LIKES have been described as a guitar driven Rhythm & Blues band.

This band stand head & shoulders above other bands and are making a name for themselves with their unique musical blend and are getting a lot of media attention
