You have to be optimistic and we are very optimistic that normal service will be resumed early next week to enjoy live broadcast once again here on DCR 97.4 FM.

To celebrate back to normal live programmes we have several special live programmes lined up for our listeners.

On Tuesday night we celebrate the visit of Delta Blues Lady Erin Harpe who is taking time out of the Scottish leg of her European Tour to visit DCR97.4FM presenter Dr Phil as guest on a special two hours edition of Sounds Of The South Radio Show.

Local listeners on 97.4fm will also be able to see Erin as she performs on Live on Thursday night at Inveraray’s George Hotel and then another opportunity on Friday night as she performs Live in the Dunoon Community Radio home town at The Brewery.

On Wednesday Afternoon we are proud to introduce you to the wonderful Matt Ramsey who has been wooing DCR listeners with his wonderful renditions of Songs from the musicals.

In this very special afternoon programme Victor shall be talking to this incredible talent in one of his first radio interviews as he starts out on what a lot of media folk are predicting is the start of a fabulous life changing career

On Thursday we start the first of several programmes to celebrate the forthcoming Jobs Fair to be held at The Queens Hall Friday 25th April.

Helping us along we will have the special Observer “Jobs Fair Supplement 2014”

The Dunoon Observer & Argyllshire Standard newspaper will be hosting a special Jobs Fair Supplement in its 18th April, 2014 edition and including companies attending the Fair.

Dunoon Community Radio is once again proud to be associated in the promotion of jobs at the Dunoon Jobs Fair and will be offering companies who will be attending the opportunity to visit the DCR97.4 Studio in the run up to the fair and after to tell our listeners a little about themselves.

Phone Victor 07833667739 to arrange a visit 21st -24th April or for after the event
