MARGARET AND VICTOR TALK TO MATT RAMSAY

This afternoon In this very special afternoon programme Margaret and Victor invited new singing sensation Matt Ramsay to come into the DCR97.4FM Studio. Margaret and Victor have been looking forward to talking to this incredible talent in this his very first radio interviews as he starts out on what a lot of media folk are predicting is the start of a fabulous life changing career.
Matt told the listeners of his younger days graduating through the ranks of a Salvation Army band through the brass section to performing lead tenor roles in a Salvation Army Choir, and why he thinks singing lessons are vital if you are thinking of a singing career.
He told of how he was discovered by Marc his manager and his new single to be released in the summer especially written for him by renowned songwriter and Ivor Novell. award winner Robert Puzey .
He told us of how a boy from East Kilbride managed to be part of an attempt to get to the number one spot of the British pop charts with an English World Cup Tribute Song shortly to be released, and as a special surprise to Matt his management team unknown to him had sent a Lady Ga Ga song he had recorded in the studio just to show he could do it.
