DUNOON COMMUNITY RADIO PRESENTER FIONA MCNEILL AWARDED BRONZE IN FEMALE PRESENTER OF THE YEAR IN NATIONAL RADIO AWARDS HELD IN BARRY SOUTH WALES

As you may have heard Dunoon Community Radio Presenter Fiona McNeill was recently nominated for two awards in the national prestigious Community Radio Awards being nominated in two categories (an achievement indeed ) Besides being nominated in the best “Live Event or Outside Broadcast” category for her Celtic & Folk Fusions at the Islay Whisky Festival 2019 she was also nominated in the “Female Presenter of the Year” category and was up against four other nominees in both categories.
Fiona who has presented “Celtic & Folk Fusions” also broadcast on Celtic Music Radio 95fm since 2013 was delighted with the nominations and proud that she was not only representing Dunoon Community Radio but along with Perthshire’s award-winning Community Radio Station Heartlands FM who were awarded the Silver prize for the Community Show Of The Year she was also representing Scottish Community Broadcasting
