Since a discreet mention on the Dunoon Presents facebook  page to gauge public opinion regards a Drive In Movie event at the old Gas Works  Site an unprecedented amount of people have expressed their approval by leaving comments  and many, many suggestions .                                                            Colin Moulson  Manager of Dunoon Presents was asked by DCR Website  of his reaction “One thing is very certain” was his reply “ We have to make the Drive In Cinema Happen , it’s obvious from the amount of folk who have commented that there is a great desire here in Dunoon  to hold such events , unfortunately”  he expressed with a sadness in his voice “we will not be able to accommodate the wishes of every one in what films will be screened but the local Dunoon Cinema will be taking note for future screening when the Dunoon Cinema re-opens.”                                  Dunoon Community Radio have also been checking out the suggestions and playing out soundbites and music from suggested films and giving shouts outs to folks who have left comments
