KERRIE AND CAROL ARE A PUSHOVER WITH YOLANDA AND CHOUXMAKE’S CAKES

Special guest Yolanda the founder of Chouxmake’s Cakes visited the Dunoon Community Radio Studio  with of course some sweet treats for the presenters Kerrie and Carol.

In between sampling the goodies Kerry and Carol asked Yolanda about her business now celebrating four years and situated at the wee distinctive Pink and Chocolate exterior on-the-corner shop at Castle Street and Tom-A-Mhoid Road and how the business has grown and still growing.

As Yolanda designs and makes all her products from scratch and to gauge public opinion on new products Yolanda has regular tasting sessions and for her next session she has come up with a very novel idea based around the traditional  afternoon tea concept.

To give as  many more folk the opportunity to enjoy the Tasting Experience Yolanda has devised a mini event or as she describes it an afternoon to enjoy Traditional Afternoon Tea, Bubbles, Music, Dancing & lots of laughter.

We all know there is a revival of the afternoon tea experience with groups of ladies powdering their faces and stepping out in style.

Helping Yolanda make this inaugural event successful and memorable are several local retailers and businesses including , to ensure the venue looks exactly as you would expect one of Scotland’s leading Event companies Dunoon based Cromlech Events will be there and as a finishing touch to the tables Dunoon’s Rae’s Florist will supply floral centre pieces,

Argyll Vintners Dunoon’s independent licensed retailer will make sure that the welcoming glass of bubbles is truly sparkling .

Providing the music is Scotland’s leading Events Bands “That Swing Sensation “

What an afternoon this is going to be and Carol who  also owns a Dunoon  business “The Cutting Edge” said the salon is already taking bookings from ladies who are making certain they will look that extra bit special for this inaugural special event
